In this video, We explain the process of logging on to the system using personal and location PINs.
We demonstrate how staff members can access their home screen and permissions, and how managers can log in with their phone numbers. Important details include assigning devices to stations and using specific prefixes for phone numbers.
When setting up a staff member they will receive a personal pin and location pin.
To log into system enter location pin in "PIN" Field
If you see the below screen the system has been updated or manager has been signed out.
Manager can login using their phone number and personal pin.
If you have multiple venues you select the one you want to use here.
You then assign your device to the correct station
