How to recall order back to KDS and Jump to top of queue

Recall to KDS

Select the order you want to recall to KDS and press "Details"

Press on status of order and then press "In Progress"

Then go to the KDS Section and click "Not ready"" for all the items

Got to order page then KDS section again to refresh and all the items will then all jump back to the KDS section.

Jump to top of queue (Prioritise order) 

Go to orders section. Select order you want to prioritise and press "Checkout"

Select "Regular" and change to "Urgent" then send and continue

Order will now be at the top of the queue and Red in the KDS and make the staff aware it is a priority.
