      POS and Printer ONLY configuration

      In this tutorial we will be going over your venue configuration for POS and printer only venues.

      To get to venu config

      1. Press the "Setting" tab on bottom left of homescreen 
      2. Then press the "Venue config" button

      Description on relevant venue config screens to ensure are turned on for POS and Printer only venues:
      • Driver station: The screen where you assign orders to drivers. (Bike icon on left menu)
      • Packing screen: The screen used to pack items as part of their full order at end of cooking to give to customer. (Bag icon on left menu)
      • Pack single items: Ensures items with only a singular item appear on packing screen (Ensure this is turned on)

      Kitchen display screen (KDS) 

      For kitchen display screen you can turn this on to instruct your chefs what to cook. This is a separate monitor and from our experience massively increases efficiency and avoids human error.
