      Push notifications links

      You can now direct users to specific sections of the mobile app when sending push notifications. Available options include: discount screen, marketing preferences, and product campaigns. This can be configured from the Notifications page in Webadmin. Please note that this feature requires users to update the app so the functionality will gradually be available to users. If you want us to force an update for this functionality write into tech@bossithq.com

       

      Image dimensions:

      NOTE: At the moment Push images only work on Android devices. 
      • File format: Batch requires a PNG or JPEG file.

      • Size: Width must be at least 300px, height at least 200px. Avoid using images wider than 2000 pixels. Also, make sure that your image is not bigger than 1MB. 

      • Aspect ratio: Suggested to use images in landscape format respecting a 2:1 ratio (e.g. 1000x500px). Square also work well

      • Composition: Important information or the product you want to show should be in the middle of the image or as far as possible from the borders of the image.
      • Keep file size above 500kb and below 5mb
