Using the Rewards Shop

How does the reward shop work and how do I add products?

The Rewards Shop allows you to offer products in exchange for customer points, helping drive engagement and loyalty. Follow these steps to set up and manage your Rewards Shop:

Accessing the Rewards Shop

  1. Navigate to the Admin Portal.

  2. On the left-hand menu, click “Reward Shop”.

  3. Click “Add” to create a new reward.

Adding a Product

  1. In the product field, start typing the name of the product you’d like to add – this will help you find it quickly.

  2. Set the Price: this refers to the euro value the points should correspond to.

    • For example: if your conversion is 500 points = €5, a product priced at €10 will require 1000 points.

Finalising the Reward

  1. Click Create. The system will automatically calculate and display the required points.

  2. Important: To make the product available in the Rewards Shop, you must tick it as active.

Visibility in Your App

Before the Rewards Shop becomes visible in your app, please contact your account manager to activate this feature.

Managing Rewards

Once created, you can activate or deactivate products at any time directly from the list view in the Rewards Shop section.
